Data needed for your workspace
We process your email, protected password hash, verification state, hashed session and recovery credentials, linked-agent details, selected project/conversation identifiers, public conversation history, task context, messages, agent progress, approvals, results and diffs. Project content can contain source code and personal information. We use this data to deliver and secure your account, route work and preserve continuity. Recovery links expire and are single use. Resetting your password invalidates browser sessions; linked agent credentials can be revoked separately.
You select what existing conversations and public messages your native agent shares. Do not send secrets or hidden reasoning in conversation history. Your native agent holds its own provider credentials; VcodeR MCP does not require copying those credentials into the workspace service. Your AI provider receives content according to your agent configuration and its own privacy terms. VcodeR does not train its own models on workspace content.
Providers and billing
Hosting providers process service data to operate VcodeR. Stripe processes payment details, subscriptions, receipts and billing contact information; VcodeR receives billing identifiers, payment status, dates and subscription records rather than your full card details. Resend processes your recipient address and account-email content to deliver verification and recovery messages. These providers may process data in other countries under their terms and applicable transfer safeguards. Support email is processed to respond to your request.
Account and task data are processed to perform our contract with you. Security, abuse prevention and operational reliability use our legitimate interests. Records required for accounting and tax obligations are retained as required by law. Optional availability-email consent is separate and can be withdrawn by contacting support.
Local device data
Your browser stores drafts, preferences and workspace layout locally and uses an HTTP-only session cookie. Clear browser site data to remove local copies. Optional browser dictation depends on your browser's speech service; review its permission prompt and privacy controls. Dictated text is a draft until you send it. Native app features and their microphone behavior are described in their separate release disclosures.
Retention and account deletion
Workspace records remain while needed for your account and continuity. Delete your account to remove active account records, browser sessions, agent connections and task history. Account deletion first requests cancellation of subscriptions; a provider failure can require retry before deletion completes. Cancellation is requested for running tasks, but an offline Mac process may continue.
Billing records are retained separately for accounting, payment reconciliation, disputes and enforcement of the one-trial offer. A minimal one-way fingerprint of the normalized account email links trial eligibility to the same billing customer after deletion and re-registration. This fingerprint is personal data, not anonymous data. It is not used for marketing. Contact us to review retention and exercise applicable rights.
Restricted operational backups may hold older records until they expire or are removed; deleted records must not be restored to active use. Deletion does not erase project files on your Mac or history held by your independently connected AI provider. Remove those through their own controls.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing where applicable. Contact [email protected] from your account address. We verify ownership without asking for your password. You can complain to your local data protection authority or the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at uoou.gov.cz.
