Subscription terms, cancellation and refunds

VcodeR supplies the remote workspace and MCP connection between your own agent on your Mac and your phone or Quest Browser. The browser launch supports Apple Silicon Mac. Native store apps are separate. Your Mac must stay powered, awake and online, and your selected agent conversation must remain listening. You supply your own agent account and any required AI subscription. Your agent handles authentication and executes work under its native permissions. Review commands and results before relying on them.
Solo, Power and your 14-day trial
Solo connects one AI account and one Mac for one person. The recurring Solo price is USD $10 per month, including applicable taxes. A payment card is required to start a 14-day trial. The trial begins when Stripe confirms the subscription; its exact end date is shown in billing. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews and your card is charged $10 every month until cancelled. You supply your own AI subscriptions and allowances; AI provider fees are separate. One trial is available per billing customer; resubscribing does not create another trial. You can review the amount and renewal terms before confirming Stripe Checkout.
Create and verify your account and connect a listening agent before checkout. Existing public alpha accounts enter the same trial or subscription flow at launch. We do not charge an existing account automatically or give it a separate grace period.
Power is planned at USD $20 per month for unlimited connected AI accounts and Macs belonging to one person. Power becomes available only after implementation and acceptance; it is not currently sold or included in the Solo trial. VcodeR does not pool AI allowances between people or include a built-in scheduler. Solo can launch independently.
Cancel renewal
Manage your trial, payment method and renewal in Workspace billing.
Open Workspace billing, choose Manage billing or cancel, and cancel renewal in the Stripe portal. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before the next renewal to avoid that charge. Cancellation keeps access until the end of your current trial or paid period. Check the confirmation and access-end date in billing. Contact support if the portal is unavailable.
When access expires or payment needs attention, starting new work is blocked. Existing history, approval responses and stop controls remain available. A failed payment does not erase your projects. Deleting your VcodeR account requests cancellation of subscriptions before deleting active workspace data; it is separate from simply cancelling renewal.
Refunds and consumer rights
Cancel renewal to prevent future charges. We do not automatically refund a completed billing period for unused time. Contact [email protected] from your account address for a billing error, duplicate charge, service that was not provided, or a refund you are entitled to under consumer law. Include the receipt reference and issue; never send card details or a password.
These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days and remedies for a service that does not conform to the contract. We do not ask you to waive statutory withdrawal rights merely by starting a trial. To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send an unambiguous cancellation request to the seller contact above. Refunds required by law are returned through the original payment method within the applicable deadline.
Account, security and support
Keep your account private, connect only computers you control, and use VcodeR lawfully. Remote approval does not replace permissions required by your native agent. Stop and review uncertain work instead of repeating it. VcodeR does not guarantee a particular AI result or uninterrupted availability. Contact support about setup, inaccessible account recovery or faults. No paid priority-support commitment is included.
